Regional Sales Manager - Pacific Northwest

We’re a fast-growing player in the automotive aftermarket who is actively looking to add a Regional Sales Manager in the Pacific Northwest who has established contacts in the industry and a passion for the TPMS product line. This is a true hunter role with focus on expansion into new markets, and equity/profit sharing is on the table.What you’ll doProspect, build pipeline, and close new dealer/shop accounts in your region Manage and grow existing house accountsConduct live product demos and training on our TPMS sensorsHit monthly new-business targets and overall revenue goalsWhat you bring2-5 years of documented outside B2B sales success with direct experience selling and servicing TPMS sensorsComfortable with in-person cold & warm calls, shop counter presentations, and technician trainingSelf-starter who thrives with autonomy but knows how to use a CRM Clean driving record and a reliable vehicleAbility to travel extensively on weeklong sales trips to establish your own customer base.Compensation$65k-85k Salary (DOE) 10% commission paid on gross profit → realistic first-year OTE $100k+Monthly vehicle and cell phone allowanceHealth Insurance stipend after 60 daysProfit-sharing / equity grant eligibility after 24 months
