Executive Director-Non-Profit

Duties: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term goals. Lead and oversee all organizational operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to best practices across departments. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including board members, community partners, funders, and government agencies to advance organizational priorities. Drive business development initiatives to expand programs, increase funding opportunities, and enhance organizational visibility. Lead high-level negotiations with partners, sponsors, and vendors to secure resources and foster mutually beneficial collaborations. Oversee financial management including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring fiscal responsibility in accordance with organizational policies. Promote a positive organizational culture that emphasizes leadership development, process improvement, and continuous innovation. Manage senior leadership team members by providing mentorship, setting performance expectations, and supporting professional growth. Implement effective project management practices to ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality standards. Lead efforts in process improvement to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Monitor organizational performance through data-driven analysis; adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

Requirements: Proven experience in senior leadership roles with demonstrated success in management and strategic planning. Strong background in business development and building sustainable partnerships that support organizational growth. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels effectively. Deep understanding of operations management principles coupled with experience in project management and process improvement methodologies. Exceptional leadership qualities characterized by integrity, motivation, and the ability to inspire diverse teams toward shared goals. Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations efficiently. Skilled in financial oversight including budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the capacity to articulate vision clearly and persuasively. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications in management or nonprofit administration are highly desirable.
