Experience/Requirements:- At least 2 years of commercial litigation experience required
- Legal research and writing skills
- Prepare for and attend hearings and depositions
- State and Federal Court
- Communicate with clients and generate client reports
- Work well in a team environment
This is an in-office role and the attorney can work from Miami or Fort Lauderdale.
