Help strengthen client retention by driving consistent service and property quality.
Spot Opportunities for Improvement Identify enhancement opportunities and changing property needs.
Partner with Account Managers on recommendations that improve property performance and appearance.
Share recurring service trends, market insights, and quality concerns with leadership.
Help continuously improve how Exterity delivers service across the market.
What You Bring 5+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, landscape operations, horticulture, turf management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices and quality standards.
The ability to evaluate turf, plant health, irrigation performance, pruning quality, seasonal color, and overall property presentation.
Confidence identifying service issues and recommending practical solutions.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A high level of organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Sound judgment, ownership, and consistent follow-through.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Experience managing service across multiple properties or working with subcontractors, vendors, or service partners is a plus.
What to Expect This is a field-focused role with regular travel throughout your assigned territory and frequent property visits and inspections. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
