SHOE SHOW, INC.—the country's largest privately held footwear retailer—seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel (Real Estate) to join its team at the Concord, NC headquarters. You will review and negotiate real estate leases, amendments, estoppels, and SNDA documents, supporting Real Estate, Construction and Operations. Reporting to the Chief Legal, Risk, and HR Officer, you will draft and interpret leases, licenses, construction contracts, and related transactions, ensure compliance, monitor
