Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Educate customers about various cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and consumption methods.
Provide personalized recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring all products are accurately labeled and displayed.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to ensure a safe and compliant shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the dispensary.
Occasional outside delivering cannabis products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations regarding cannabis delivery.
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and inventory.
Salary$20 - $22 USD per hour
Required Skills:- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have 1+ years regulated cannabis industry experience.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Familiarity of NYC public transportation and ability to ride a bike.
- Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations.
