Senior Transmission & Interconnection Lead

Grid United is seeking a Transmission & Interconnection Manager/Sr. Manager in Houston or remote to lead transmission planning analyses and interconnection strategy for greenfield projects. You will guide feasibility studies, model development, and coordination with ISO/RTOs, utilities, and internal teams. You will manage a portfolio of interconnection efforts, mentor engineers, and drive cost-efficient solutions while navigating tariff rules and regulatory requirements across regions.
