Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide overnight inpatient Hospitalist coverage in a supportive Critical Access Hospital setting in Randolph, Vermont. This is a consistent locum opportunity with strong potential for ongoing and permanent placement.

️ Role Responsibilities:- Provide overnight inpatient coverage for adult patients
- Manage admissions and inpatient care plans
- Oversee cross-coverage and overnight clinical needs
- Coordinate safe discharges and continuity of care
- Work independently in a low-procedure environment

- Intubation preferred but not required
- Focus on medical management and inpatient decision-making
Requirements:- Active Vermont NP or PA license (required)
- Acute Care certification preferred
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Strong inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred
- Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
