Live-In ROTA Nannies – New York, NY

Location: New York City (live-in during scheduled rotation)

Start Date: First week of August

Schedule: 24/7 support, 2-3 weeks on / 2-3 weeks off

Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility of extending to a 1-year full-time contract in January

Compensation: Starting at $70,000+ (for 6 months), DOE Children Infant: Primary focus on attentive, developmentally appropriate care 5-Year-Old: School-aged support, routine management, and engagement Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Provide exceptional, attentive care for both children, with a strong understanding of infant needs and early childhood development Maintain consistent routines, including feeding, sleep, hygiene, and developmental activities Support school-age child with daily routine, play, and enrichment Travel-ready and able to seamlessly transition care during rotation changes Collaborate respectfully with parents and any additional household staff Maintain a clean, organized environment for the children Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times

Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny or newborn care experience Prior ROTA experience strongly preferred Confident caring for both infants and young children simultaneously Calm, adaptable, and able to integrate into an established household rhythm Passport-ready and open to both domestic and international travel CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
