Laser Operator This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and adjusting the laser, as required.
Responsibilities include:- Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and adjusting the laser, as required
- Working second shift if needed
- Figuring material used work from list to check parts
- Marking parts properly
- Knowing various types of metal
- Driving a tow motor and operating a crane
- Additional items as assigned by manager
This position interacts with other manufacturing personnel, area supervisor, and project manager.
Competency or position requirements:3 5 years of experience using a laser (LVD experience)
Demonstrated strong past attendance record
Programming capabilities (Fanuc Controls)
Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and adjust laser as required
Ability to lift 50 pounds
