CDL A Vacuum Tanker Truck Driver

Liquid Environmental Solutions of Texas is hiring a CDL A Driver to safely collect, transport, and deliver non-hazardous liquid waste for restaurant, commercial, and industrial customers across Texas. You will operate specialized vacuum trucks, perform pre/post-trip inspections, connect hoses, pump and offload waste, and complete required DOT and environmental paperwork. Work in small, safety-focused crews with ongoing training, strict adherence to environmental and regulatory standards, and opportunities to advance into lead, supervisory, or technical roles in our field-driven operations. Operate CDL A vacuum trucks to collect and transport non-hazardous liquid waste from customer sites Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Safely connect hoses, pump, load, transport, and offload liquid waste per company and regulatory procedures Complete accurate DOT logs, manifests, and environmental paperwork using paper or electronic systems Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards at customer locations and company facilities Communicate professionally with dispatch, supervisors, and customers regarding schedules and service needs Work effectively in small field crews, assisting team members with set-up, clean-up, and equipment operation Participate in ongoing safety, environmental, and operational training programs Report incidents, near misses, and equipment issues promptly to supervision CDL A licensed truck driving Tanker and/or vacuum truck operation DOT regulations and compliance Pre/post-trip vehicle inspections Safe liquid waste loading and offloading Hose connection and pumping procedures Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Electronic logs and paperwork completion Defensive and safe driving practices Knowledge of environmental and disposal regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL A license with clean driving record Tanker endorsement preferred or ability to obtain Current DOT medical card OSHA and HAZWOPER training a plus Experience with vacuum or tanker trucks preferred
