Description:
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health position in the Santa Cruz/Watsonville territory, requiring 1 year of home health experience and OASIS proficiency. Details Home Health setting covering the Santa Cruz/Watsonville territory Day shift, 8-hour shifts, approximately 36 hours per week1:1 patient ratio, visiting up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard Weekend work may be required as needed No on-call requirementsEMR used is Home Health MDLocal candidates accepted
Requirements:
- Current CA OT license required if applicableBLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience requiredOASIS experience required
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Occasional travel radius of 50+ miles between patient visits
Additional Information:
- Documentation tools will be provided and must be returned at assignment end
- Timely communication and documentation required
- Business casual attire or scrubs acceptable
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
- No parking costs
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
