Hybrid Paralegal - Structured Transactions & Closings

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Chicago is seeking a Paralegal for the Structured Transactions Practice Group. The role reports to the group's Manager of Legal Practice Support and will reside in our Chicago office with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule. You will draft legal agreements and transaction documents, manage deal closings, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and corporate service providers. Strong MS Office skills and excellent written and oral communication are essential.
