Learn more at www.varonis.com.The Role: We are seeking an FP&A analyst to join our finance team to play a key role in driving strategic decision making across the organization. The position offers hands-on exposure to leadership, ownership of critical reports/analysis and the opportunity to directly influence business insights. The Location: Hybrid role based in the New York area. The Compensation: $80k-100kThe Requirements:1–2 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, large data sets, analysis).Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable working with leadership. Highly responsible, detailed-oriented and organized (attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills).Ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to improve analysis, reporting and business-driving decisions. Comfortable respectfully challenging assumptions and offering alternative perspectives. Ability to navigate ambiguity to develop thoughtful, data-backed analysis. Team player with a high self-standard of excellence; flexible and self-motivated.
The Responsibilities:- Produce and maintain weekly KPI reporting with clear insights into business performance, trends and variances.
- Support the quarter-end process, including preparation of regional business reviews and management reporting packages.
- Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analyses to support strategic initiatives and management decision-making.
- Build, improve and automate reporting and analytical workflows using Excel, Alteryx, Salesforce and other analytical tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Leadership) to ensure alignment between financial performance and business objectives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of data used in all financial and management reporting.
