Regional Director of Resident Services – Senior Living

Maplewood Senior Living LLC seeks a Regional Director of Resident Services to lead engagement, wellness, and life-enrichment programs across multiple senior living and memory care communities. This role oversees resident experience, ensures regulatory and quality standards, and guides on-site teams in delivering person-centered, hospitality-inspired services. The director partners closely with clinical and operations leaders, analyzes satisfaction metrics, and drives continuous improvement. You will mentor staff, support training initiatives, and champion a compassionate, resident-first culture that promotes dignity, safety, and meaningful daily experiences. Provide regional leadership for resident services across multiple senior living communities Develop, implement, and evaluate resident engagement and wellness programs Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met for assisted living and memory care Coach and support resident services directors and frontline teams Collaborate with clinical, operations, and hospitality leaders to enhance resident experience Analyze resident satisfaction and service metrics to drive continuous improvement Lead regional initiatives in dementia-friendly practices and person-centered care Support staff training, onboarding, and professional development Partner with families to address concerns and improve communication Contribute to strategic planning and expansion of resident services offerings Regional operations management Senior living/resident services leadership Program development and evaluation Regulatory and compliance knowledge (assisted living/memory care) Dementia and memory care best practices Data analysis and performance metrics Budgeting and resource allocation Staff training and development Family and resident relations Cross-functional collaboration Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or equivalent, where applicable Certified Assisted Living Director/Manager (state-specific, if available) Dementia or memory care certification (e.g., CDP or equivalent) CPR and First Aid certifications Regulatory training in assisted living and residential care
