Senior Counsel: Complex DSS Litigation & Negotiations

Center for Digital Governmtent is seeking a Senior Counsel to advise the Anne Arundel County Department of Social Services on complex litigation and negotiations. You will lead attorneys in the Human Services Section of the Office of Law, oversee case reviews, and participate in high-stakes court proceedings and settlements. You will provide legal guidance to social workers and managers, handle subpoenas, and help manage contracts and MOUs while ensuring confidentiality under state and federal
