Job Description TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Spotter for an oilfield services company in the Midland, TX area. This position is responsible for safely guiding vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment using hand signals or radios, monitoring surrounding hazards, and assisting with general labor and yard maintenance. Duties include operating weed eaters and basic lawn equipment, removing vegetation and debris, organizing materials, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with equipment operators. Previous general labor, equipment spotting, yard maintenance, or oilfield experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lift up to 75 lbs., and work overtime or weekends as needed.
