What Success Looks Like:
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates
- Move candidates efficiently from recruiting through credential completion
- Develop compliant, start-ready healthcare professionals
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years healthcare staffing, credentialing, recruiting, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and follow-through
- Comfortable conducting consistent candidate outreach while managing time-sensitive documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion when handling confidential information
