Personal Injury/Survivor Advocacy Litigation Legal Assistant-

Responsibilities: Communicate with clients, medical providers, and other parties to gather information and provide updates. Obtain, organize, and maintain medical records, imaging, bills, and other materials. Assist with the drafting and review of legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery, and case management orders. Electronically file legal documents. Schedule and support attorney with preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials, including sending out notices, hiring court reporters/videographers, etc. Correspond effectively with opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and clients. Provide support during legal proceedings, including coordinating case schedules, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications: Prior experience as a litigation paralegal in a personal injury environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with discovery in personal injury cases.
