Assistant Area Manager Early Learning Leader Flexible Hours

This role partners with the Area Manager to support Site Directors and Group Leaders across multiple school locations, driving program quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coaching abilities, and experience supervising teams in a fast-paced, student-centered environment. Travel to multiple sites and occasional out-of-state meetings may be required.
