Sales and Hospitality Associate

Job Description: CycleBar Ashburn is hiring a part-time CycleBar Experience Associate (CBX) to deliver a welcoming rider experience and drive membership and retail sales. We're looking for well-rounded, high-energy team members who care about both hospitality and sales.

Execute the sales and hospitality process of the first-time rider experience, follow up, and close Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production Work collaboratively with studio management and the franchise owner(s) Participate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events to promote the studio Take responsibility for developing your selling skills Maintain brand standards and initiativesREQUIREMENTSExcellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Genuine hospitality and a passion for people Goal-oriented, with the ability to hit membership and retail sales targets Able to learn and use the Club Ready software system Fluent in English with strong communication in person, by phone, and by email Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Proficient computer skills Flexible for a non-traditional schedule, including some holiday, early-morning, and weekend availabilityPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAble and willing to move bikes and perform minor bike maintenance Willing to clean the Cycle Theater, bathrooms, lobby, and more Able to lift up to 30 lbsTHE PERKSRide for free anytime there's a bike available Leave the stuffy clothes behind.
