Biometric Health Screener for Corporate Events - PRN

Corporate Wellness Event CoordinatorIntegrated Health 21 (IH21) is a Pittsburgh-based provider of worksite wellness screenings and health events. We partner with employers throughout the region and across the country to bring convenient health screenings directly to employees at their workplaces. You'll join the IH21 team at corporate wellness events throughout the region and help conduct employee biometric screenings. Depending on your training and the needs of the event, responsibilities may include: Welcoming participants and guiding them through the screening process Measuring height and weight Measuring resting blood pressure Performing fingerstick capillary blood collection Using Cholestech LDX and/or CardioChek equipment to measure cholesterol and glucose Recording screening results accurately using tablets or paper forms Helping participants understand the screening process Maintaining participant privacy and confidentiality Following infection-control and safety procedures Assisting with event setup and breakdown This opportunity may be a great fit for students studying: Exercise PhysiologyExercise ScienceHealth & Physical ActivityPre-HealthRehabilitation ScienceNursingOther Health-Related Fields Ideal candidates are: Interested in preventive health, exercise physiology, corporate wellness, or patient-facing healthcare Comfortable interacting professionally with employees in a corporate setting Detail-oriented and able to follow established screening protocols Reliable and able to arrive on time for scheduled events CPR/BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire This is a PRN/as-needed 1099 independent contractor opportunity, making it a good option for students looking for flexible work around their class schedules. Most corporate wellness events take place weekday mornings and during daytime hours. Students can accept events based on their availability.
