Remote Travel Advisor Inbound Support & Reservations

Grand Circle Corporation is hiring Remote Inbound Customer Service Agents (Travel Advisor I) for our November 30th training class. You’ll support travelers who have booked trips, answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through itineraries in a fully remote role. You will handle a range of tasks from updates to complex billing questions, and work across multiple programs with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
