If you have single audit experience under Uniform Guidance and want to grow inside a firm that invests in your career — including CPA licensure support — this is a strong next move. Must-Have Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably in public accounting Single audit experience under Uniform Guidance and OMB compliance Strong technical skills in audit execution and financial statement preparation Proficiency with audit software, financial management systems, and QuickBooks CPA license or actively working toward licensure Highly Preferred Active CPA license Non-profit and/or municipal audit experience Familiarity with grant compliance and regulatory requirements
