Laser Operator

Job Description:
IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a Laser Operator for a growing metal manufacturing operation. This position focuses on laser cutting, preparing metal parts, and supporting welding and fabrication processes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate laser cutting and other fabrication equipment, including brake presses and benders
- Cut, grind, and drill metal components
- Stage and prepare materials for welding
- Inspect and prepare parts for the next stage of production
- Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trucks
- Follow all established safety and production procedures
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to safely follow work instructions and procedures
