About The Role:
Salesforce is hiring a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions inside complex customer environments. The role is a hands‑on leadership position that focuses on engineering excellence while working at the executive level. You will lead a blended delivery team consisting of Forward Deployed Engineers—developers who design, build, and deploy AI agents in customer environments—and Deployment Strategists—strategic builders who advise customers on AI strategy, use cases, and adoption.
Builder Leadership Experience
Deliver team coordination: own capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing to enable enterprise‑scale deployments.
AI‑augmented leadership: ship solutions using a suite of AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Salesforce coding products like Vibes) while fostering an inclusive, high‑energy culture that encourages rapid iteration.
Direct product influence: partner with Product and Engineering on pilot programs and beta rollouts, translating field insights into roadmap features.
