Master Data & Data Governance Lead — Hybrid Role

Biorce is seeking an MDM & Data Governance Lead to drive our Data function from the Austin hub. This role ensures data remains trustworthy, consistent, and well-governed as the company scales, enabling faster, safer decisions across the business. You will design governance from scratch, define data ownership, quality standards, and stewardship processes across teams, and partner with Data Architecture and Engineering to embed governance into the platform.
