Insurance Claims Associate

Compensation: $20/hour starting

Schedule: Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities: Receive medical claims and policy information to confirm coverage. Contact injured claimants, employers, and medical providers to gather the information needed to manage each claim. Review and process medical bills and treatment requests within established guidelines. Document claim activity accurately and maintain organized claim files. Administer benefits timely and appropriately while managing a high-volume caseload.

What You Bring: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of call center, professional office, or similar experience that includes high-volume phone/email correspondence. Experience reviewing documentation and applying policies or procedures within defined guidelines. Strong attention to detail and organization. Customer-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and responsiveness. Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
