Itinerant Occupational Therapist Itinerant Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to students with disabilities ages 5-21 in a school setting. Responsible for NYS Medicaid required paperwork. Three (3) Professional References Required - These must be filled out in the section of your application where requested.
