Open Arms Solutions is hiring dependable and compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support seniors throughout Downtown Chicago and nearby neighborhoods. Our caregivers provide personalized, non-medical support that allows older adults to remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes. If you enjoy helping others, building genuine connections, and making someones day a little easier, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.
Your Role:
Youll provide one-on-one care based on each clients individual needs and routines.
Duties may include:
- Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Providing companionship and engaging clients in conversation and activities
- Preparing meals and encouraging proper hydration
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a tidy home
- Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and activities
- Observing changes in client condition and communicating important updates
- Completing basic daily care documentation

Because youll be traveling to clients homes, reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the city are strongly preferred.

- What Were Looking ForAt least 1 year of professional caregiving experience within the past 2 years
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations
- Valid Drivers License or State IDSmartphone for communication and care-related documentation
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to caregiving
