Registration Host Project Based Remote, US
The Registration Host is responsible for the overall check-in of guests, organization, and inventory of the merchandise. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with customers and providing a positive experience.
In this role, you will work diligently with all team members, irrelevant of their position to ensure seamless running of the program.
Responsibilities Manage proper check-in of all guests
Ensure all necessary documents and paperwork are completed before start of program event
Work directly with shuttle staff to ensure safe and timely handoff of guests
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications High School degree
Minimum 1 year of hospitality, customer service, event or similar experience
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
Ability to read, write and speak English, fluently
Proficiency in reading and writing instructions
Understanding of basic finance and accounting practices
Must be able to respond to direction and critiques from supervisors
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and timeliness
Must be hospitality driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, and pay close attention to detail
Able to work independently, exercise good judgement, and effectively problem solve
Ability to work with other people with a positive work attitude
Ability to present a professional image in both appearance and behavior
