Key responsibilities: Manage and adjudicate vehicle service contract claims efficiently and accurately Maintain a high level of responsiveness, including answering incoming calls and handling customer inquiries Resolve escalated claims and build strong relationships with internal and external partners

Required qualifications: High school diploma required; 3-5 years of automotive industry experience preferred Hands-on automotive experience required (vehicle repair, service writing, or technician background) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Strong problem-solving skills focused on improving workflow efficiency Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
