People Department Team Lead

Key responsibilities: Oversee the People Department operations, including Talent Acquisition and HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent across the organization Partner with senior leadership to anticipate workforce needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred 5-8+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition 2-3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing HR and/or recruitment functions Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong Microsoft Office skills Experience managing remote teams preferred
