We need an agile, high-momentum Partner Growth Manager based in Northern Virginia or Maryland who knows how to monetize Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and distributors. Your primary focus is turning our existing anchor VAR partnership into a recurring revenue engine while selectively onboarding and activating new secondary distribution channels. Open pipeline means nothing unless it converts—this role is measured directly on channel-sourced closed revenue. What You’ll DoMonetize Existing Partner Channels: Own and optimize our established distribution partnership. Map partner desk structures, incentivize account teams, and drive joint selling to convert leads into closed ARR.Expand the VAR Network: Identify, negotiate, and onboard Joveo into strategic new federal VAR ecosystems and regional technology resellers to expand public sector coverage. Drive Channel-Sourced Revenue: Focus ruthlessly on closed ARR/ACV generated through VAR relationships. Pipeline growth is a stepping stone; deal execution is the goal. Activate Partner Sales Reps: Deliver high-impact, bite-sized enablement and product demos to partner account teams, keeping Joveo top-of-mind when federal agencies express hiring challenges. Leverage Contract Vehicles: Accelerate procurement cycles by guiding partner reps on utilizing partner-held GSA Schedules, NASA SEWP, CIO-CS, and OTAs to bypass direct acquisition delays. Reston Ecosystem Presence: Maintain a strong local presence at our Reston, VA office and local partner hubs to host face-to-face check-ins, enablement sessions, and strategy alignment meetings. Who You AreProven Channel Execution: You have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in federal channel BD, partner management, or inside sales at a technology vendor or federal distributor. Partner Network & Insider Knowledge: You know the sales floors, rep incentive models, and desk operations of federal VARs. You know how to motivate partner reps to actively pitch your product. Outcome & Revenue Driven: You thrive in a lean base + heavy performance upside structure where your hustle directly dictates your earnings. Modern & AI-First: You leverage modern CRM workflows and AI productivity tools to automate administrative tasks, keeping your focus on deal execution. DMV Local: You reside in Northern Virginia or Maryland and can regularly collaborate out of our Reston, VA office.
