Director of Investment & Risk Strategy

Pattern Energy is seeking a Director or Sr Director of Corporate Development to lead post-NTP acquisitions, sales, partnerships, and shareholder equity transactions in alignment with the Strategic Plan. You will coordinate with Finance, legal, lenders, and tax equity investors while guiding a team through development, construction, and operations lifecycles. The role reports to the Chief Investment Officer and requires 10+ years in corporate development, M&A, and economic analysis.
