Reynolds American is seeking a Direct Accounts Analyst II in Winston-Salem, NC to provide world-class service for direct buying customers and field-based Trade Marketing staff. You will manage daily orders, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams on orders, credits/debits, and invoicing.
The role requires strong analytical abilities, solid organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous SAP/EDI exposure is a plus and benefits are comprehensive.
