MVNY is seeking a full-time candidate to join our growing Marketing department. As an expanding marketing and Communications (sales) firm, we have become our clients’ go-to source for funding, strategy, and business development. Given our success, we are now adding new names to our portfolio. We are building our firm from the ground up and need a driven individual to help us strategize, manage client accounts, and meet our clients’ demands quickly. This is a full-time position offering paid training to catch you up to the team’s speed. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of $48-60k, with additional commission as a bonus. Our ideal candidate has experience or interest in: Engaging in B2B sales and business development campaigns Building client relationships and assisting with account management Reading and evaluating client documents Answering questions and addressing concerns through in-person interactions Participating in face-to-face (F2F) meetings and client interactions Self-motivation and the ability to work independently Multitasking in a fast-paced environment Using KPI tracking systems to monitor sales and account activity Managing and training other departments
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a customer service role (internships and volunteer work considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new responsibilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
We provide full training for the right candidate but are looking for someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged. Our ideal candidate is eager to develop into a leadership role within the first six months. As we build new marketing teams, there will be opportunities to train new recruiters and oversee projects.
