Capital Equipment Sourcing Lead for Factory Build

Amazon is seeking a Senior Sourcing Engineer to lead capital equipment sourcing for Amazon's factories. You will own end-to-end sourcing across machining, casting, molding, joining, assembly and test, and build a team as ramp accelerates. You will partner with OEMs, integrators and cross-functional teams to align schedules with factory move-in and start-of-production dates. The role requires 10+ years in supply chain, strong negotiation skills, and experience reading engineering drawings.
