Optometric Technician Opportunity Join a thriving, patient-focused private optometry practice serving the Manhattan area! We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Optometric Technician to float between our three office locations. Key Responsibilities:- Perform preliminary patient testing and gather patient medical history
- Assist optometrists with patient care, including visual acuity testing, lensometry, and pre-testing procedures
- Administer and document diagnostic tests (such as autorefractor, tonometer, retinal imaging, etc.)Educate patients on proper contact lens insertion, removal, and care
- Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure cleanliness and readiness
- Accurately input data into electronic health records (EHR)
- Float between three practice locations as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and patient communication
- CompensationHourly wage based on experience, starting from $22.00 Benefits 401(k) with employer match after 1 year

Qualifications:- Previous experience as an optometric technician required
- Stable work history – no job hopping
