Lead, Fuel-Based Power Generation

Fluidstack is delivering large-scale power generation for AI workloads, owning engines, turbines and fuel cells and integrating them with PV and storage. The role focuses on qualifying technologies, defining standard interfaces, sizing blocks, and writing tests while driving uptime and efficiency. You will lead a team to install, commission, and operate the fleet, optimize heat rate, and push for lowest fuel burn across the fleet.
