Print Operator Opportunity

North Phoenix Shift: C ShiftSunday: 8:00 PM - 5:18 AMMonday - Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:18 AMA well-established paper production company in North Phoenix is looking for a dependable Print Operator to join their team! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers a stable schedule, a clean work environment, and excellent opportunities for long-term career growth. Job Duties:- Operate industrial printing machines that produce customer billing envelopes
- Program and set up print jobs using computerized equipment
- Monitor multiple machines to ensure continuous production
- Load large paper rolls (approximately 5-foot diameter) onto machinery using carts
- Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy
- Cross-train on multiple printing machines and production processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:- Stable work history- current resume required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfortable using computers and programming production equipment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to push and maneuver large rolls of paper using carts
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred
