GTN is hiring for a Epicor Kinetic Techno-Functional Analyst*GTN Technical Staffing is hiring an experienced Epicor professional to help drive an implementation already underway, with a targeted May 2027 go-live. This hands-on role combines technical and functional Epicor expertise across Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing. You’ll partner with business users, leadership, and implementation consultants to guide system decisions, resolve gaps, and support a successful launch.
What you’ll do:- Support configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and ongoing system improvements
- Gather requirements across Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, MRP, and Order Management
- Manage data mapping, cleansing, conversion, validation, and reconciliation
- Support integrations, customizations, and troubleshooting
- Evaluate implementation recommendations and explain their business impact
- Support documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer
What we’re looking for:- Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic or recent Epicor ERP versions
- Experience with at least one Epicor implementation, major upgrade, or enterprise ERP transformation
- Both technical and functional knowledge across Financials and Operations/Manufacturing
- Strong data migration and integration experience
- Ability to work closely with business users, leadership, and outside consultants
Highly valued: BAQs, BPMs, Application Studio, DMT, dashboards, REST APIs, SQL, and SSRS.Experience with eCommerce, EDI, retail, or fulfillment integrations is a plus. Shopify or QVC-related integration experience is helpful.
