Experience with both RT and PTDigital radiography / CT experience= Key Recruiter Screening ItemNotes about the rolewe do both X-ray (radiographic) and PT (penetrant testing) within our NDT department. Ideally, candidates will have some experience in both areas, but we are open to talking to those who maybe only have one or other, they will just be on the low end of the pay rate, maybe a little under depending on years of experience. One thing we do request of all candidates and will need to view before setting up a call will be their OJT records to confirm the number of hours experience they have. Since this is an industry standard, this is something they should hopefully be able to supply.
Candidates should provide their OJT/training records so the team can verify their documented NDT hours, particularly:
RT hoursPT/FPI hours
Formal training hours
Certification/qualification history
