Platform Training & User Enablement Specialist

U.S. Bank is seeking a collaborative analyst to own training and user enablement for the ARES platform. You will create training content, run forums, and lead a champion network to drive adoption across business lines. You will deliver live onboarding and use-case sessions, manage content in SharePoint and the Resource Center, and translate user feedback into actionable roadmap ideas for the platform team.
