About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, networks, cloud platforms, end-user devices, and business applications. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems while providing technical support to users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support LAN/WAN, VPN, internet, and communication systems.
Maintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, printers, phones, and networking equipment.
Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and related technologies.
Monitor system performance, security, antivirus, and patch management.
Provide end-user support, onboarding, and remote troubleshooting.
Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticketing systems.
Assist with hardware/software deployments, upgrades, and system migrations.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
Research, recommend, and implement new technologies and IT solutions.
Communicate project and support status updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.3+ years of network and systems administration experience.
Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Windows ServerActive Directory
- Microsoft 365 Microsoft AzureVMware and Hyper-VCisco networking technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting users remotely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
