Maintenance Manager

What You’ll Do: Work closely with the operational teams to coordinate maintenance and repair works. Maintain and repair maintenance equipment. Initiate and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs. Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Ensure city, state, and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are met. Monitor the use of maintenance supplies and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary. Direct, train and upskill members of the SUSHI SAMBA team.

What We’re Looking For: 5 years of experience working as a Maintenance Manager or higher Excellent communication skills in the English language both written and verbal The ability to maintain and follow processes and standards Drive and ambition with the desire to learn and grow within the team Full ownership of your role Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S
