Job Summary: Deli ClerkProvide prompt and courteous service to the customers Cut delicatessen meats and cheeses to customer's preference Weigh, wrap, code and price deli products accurately Replenish shelves, check for out-of-code items and rotate product Prepare party trays and arrange foods according to established guidelines Maintain a regular cleaning and sanitation program Maintain knowledge of all products sold in the department Good mathematic skills to operate scales & computers and to coordinate dates for inventory rotation Other assignments as directed by supervisor Must be 18 years of age
