Behavioral Health Therapist (LMSW/LCSW/LPC) - Flexible PRN/FT

The Gardens of Arkansas is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Therapists (LMSW, LCSW, or LPC) to join our residential communities serving adults with severe mental illness and developmental disabilities. PRN and/or full-time positions are available. The Therapist provides clinical services, interventions, and behavioral support, collaborating with the Clinical Director, nursing staff, and DSPs to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Licensure and relevant experience are required.
