Corporate Controller - IPO Readiness Lead

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a seasoned Corporate Controller to oversee GAAP financials, close processes, and internal controls across our multi-location RV dealership group. The role leads the Corporate Accounting function, manages the Accounting Manager, and partners with the CFO and GMs to ensure audit readiness, SOX compliance, and accurate reporting as we progress toward a 2029 IPO.
