What You'll Do:
Create and coordinate HVAC designs and 3D Revit models for commercial and institutional projects.
Produce construction drawings, mechanical layouts, and detailed fabrication documentation using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, code-compliant designs.
Interpret engineering and architectural drawings while supporting project coordination from design through construction.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
BIM experience and MEP/building design experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
